Meet Hang Glider Pilot Chris Waugh
A popular Oregon keynote speaker who brings you new insights on leadership in times of change, Chris really knows about life on the fly. When things don't go as you planned what do you do? You wing it. Success comes to those who wing it well! Chris Waugh launches into unseen currents, finds opportunities, and takes advantage of them - that's how she soars high in her hang glider. You can find and seize opportunities in your turbulent world by using the same techniques that she does "winging it." With a long business management background, she also provides leadership consultation to a variety of business clients who appreciate her aerial viewpoint, insight and passion. Read what some of them say. Chris is uniquely qualified to guide you through the turbulence with lessons and metaphors from hundreds of hours of airtime. She'll inspire, provoke and entertain, and lend wings to your success. When Chris entered the world of hang gliding, there were no female role models. Chris learned the laws of aviation and meteorology, and practiced at ground school with the boys. As a woman pilot, though, she also had to adapt for her relative lack of strength. Chris is a charter member of the United States Hang Gliding Association and holds an advanced pilot rating. She has soared to an altitude of 10,000 feet (almost two miles off the ground!) and flew 33 miles cross-country. Twice, she launched off Oregon's 9,000 foot Mt Bachelor. Those flights are highlights. Of course, there were some embarrassing incidents, too. All that experience gave her insightful stories and a unique perspective on life On The Fly! You can learn to soar without going near a hang glider. Get off to a flying start! Just Email Chris or call toll free 1-877-340-8483. She'll be eager to find out where you're at and where you're heading. Your information is confidential. No salesman will ever call. |
